6 p.m. – Annual meeting and members’ picnic at Veteran’s Acres’ north shelter in Crystal Lake. Meeting starts at 7 p.m.

Annual meeting and members’ picnic will be at the Rotary shelter, located on the north edge of Veteran’s Acres off Walkup Avenue in Crystal Lake. The Society is providing brats, hotdogs, buns, table settings and condiments. Members are asked to bring a dish to pass (w/serving utensils) and perhaps lawn chairs. The only seating is under the shelter on picnic tables. Flush toilets s are located within walking distance or you can drive to the adjacent parking lot. The businesss meeting follows at 7 p.m.

In case of rain, the picnic and meeting moves to the following Monday, June 30, at the McHenry County Historical Society Museum in Union. The same times apply.
