Quilted Barns Program

Do you have a barn quilt displayed on your barn, building, or property?

We’d love to include you in the updated Quilted Barns tour route! Help us showcase the beauty, history, and creativity of our rural landscape – one barn at a time.

To apply to be a part of the Quilted Barns Program, please fill out and submit the application below.

Eligibilty Criteria:

The barn should be visible without obstruction of trees, crops, or other buildings during all seasons.
The quilt block must be clearly visible.
The barn should be a stable, permanent building large enough to frame the quilt square appropriately.
The quilt block must be 3′ x 3′ or larger.
The structure does not have to be on an active farm, but it must be on a well-kept property.
The structure must be located along a road – either hard-surface or gravel – that is well-maintained during all seasons.
No labeling or advertising other than the quilt owner’s will be permitted on the structure.
Quilt installation is the responsibility of the barn owner.
